Whit Hornsberger

Whit Hornsberger's experiences of intensive monastic meditation in Burma combined with his extensive studies and experiential application of both Theravada Buddhism and Classical Yoga has given him a unique ability to communicate to Westerners a classical approach to meditation, one that is deeply rooted in the profound Burmese tradition.

He and his wife Nicole co-founded Soul Arch Yoga, a yogic project dedicated to the cultivation of embodied well-being through international classes, workshops, retreats and an online platform (soularchyoga.ca) of study and practice.

They reside with their beloved dog, an Indian rescue named Naaya on Galiano Island, B.C.
