This gentle, easy-going, silent retreat explores applied mindfulness as an introduction to good meditation practice. You will find that this beautiful, sunny May retreat is a great way to get into meditation and further enhance your life through the whole year. Includes daily yoga, with an emphasis on pliancy of the body for greater wellbeing.

Arrival after 3pm on May 4th

Welcome to the basics. Use Meditation and Mindfulness Practices to build a strong foundation for greater joy and happiness in your life. Work with body posture for comfortable sitting, flexibility and mindful movement, countering the 'stiffness' of aging. Learn the art of proper breathing. This retreat is designed for newcomers as well as existing practitioners wishing to reinforce and renew a healthy, well-adjusted approach to yoga and meditation.

Fiona is a extraordinary teacher who works well with individuals that are both new and old to Meditation practice and Yoga, and who wish to explore these techniques for the great benefits that can be had from them. Discover serenity, wellbeing and happiness through meditation and regain pliancy, flexibility through this easy yoga.

Teacher's Program Fee: Dana – the teachings are offered by donation. It is hoped that people will give generously.
